Kaleb's Party!

Saturday we had Kaleb's 2nd Birthday party with his friends and family. We were lucky enough to get great weather and held it at the park! It was such a fun and nice day! WE decided to get a little ambitious this year and make Kaleb's cake since he loves balls I thought how hard could it be to make a few ball cakes. Well I am not sure we will ever try and do 3 cakes ever again. I am so lucky to have a husband who has some cake decorating skills other wise they would not have turned out like they did! I think the hardest part was getting the frosting to be the right consistency, but all because of Tim who did all the frosting they were a huge hit with Kaleb and all the party goers! Thanks to everyone who came it was so fun!

Easter Weekend!

We had a very fun Easter weekend! Saturday we started it off with a egg hunt at the elementary next to my mom's place. Kaleb had fun he didn't however like the Easter bunny so I had to sit with him to get a picture. We then went out to Wheeler Farm with Kim(sister) and Milo (nephew). They had activities going on all day, but by the time we got there they had run out of eggs but it was still fun. We got to see all the animals and take a tractor ride they even had a special scales and reptiles exhibit which was very cool! Then Sunday we went out to my aunt Michelle's for Easter dinner and a Easter egg hunt for Kaleb! It was lots of fun with Kaleb this year he was so funny with getting the eggs we had to do most of it since he would just pick up the eggs that were balls! Can you tell he was not happy about being that close the the Easter Bunny!Wheeler FarmMilo holding the Snake

Fun in the Sun....

So the last weekend in March we went down to St. George with my mom, Robyn (my sister), my nephew "B". Mandy( friend) , her daughter Karlee, and Stephen (my brother). We also picked up Sarah (my sister) and Alethia (my niece) in Cedar! It was so nice to have some great warm weather. We did some shopping and took the kids to the pool and park. Stephen was such a trooper and was so willing to play with the kids. They sure love their Uncle Stephen! Only a few of us came home with sunburn's unfortunately Jakey boy was one of them, I completely forgot to put sunscreen on both kids but Kaleb has my olive skin tone so he doesn't burn but Jacob got his daddies white skin tone lets just say I will try to not ever do that again! IT was fun seeing grandma and having her be able to meet Jacob and B for the first time. It was so wonderful to spend time with everyone and let the husbands enjoy some time without the kids. Even though that weekend Tim was in class just about the whole time we were gone! He has started a new job and is doing financial services and has had to get licensed to sell life insurance so that is the class that took is whole weekend! We can't wait to be living down there in just about 3 weeks! Sorry for the picture overload!

We had Jacob's 4 month check up and Kaleb's 2 yr check up today so here are there stats:

Jakey Boy:

Weight: 16lbs 7 oz (70%)

Height: 26 inches (80%)

Head: is the 15%

Kaleb:

Weight: 28 lbs (15%)

Height: 37 inches (97%)

Head: in the 15%

Jakey boy is our football player he is so chunky I just love it! Kaleb is tall and skinny! Dr says we can now put Kaleb in a booster seat Yea! It is sad he is growing up so fast! Jacob can now start eating more which we kinda already started since milk just wasn't enough for him! We sure love our boys and couldn't imagine our life without them!
