Temple Square

So I have been horrible at blogging lately so I am going to have to play catch up over the next few days.
So before I had Jacob we taked about taking Kaleb down to see the lights at Temple Square but it ended up not happening so we decided it would be a better idea to take him after I had Jacob to have a special night with just Kaleb. So about 2 weeks after Jacob arrived we took Kaleb to see the lights at Temple Square, just the 3 of us of course we probably picked the coldest week to go but we had fun. We parked at the Gateway mall and rode the Trax to Temple Square it was Kaleb's first time on it and he thought it was pretty neat. Kaleb loved the lights but not as much as he enjoyed all the water falls and the horses pull the carriages around Temple Square. It being so cold and me still recovering we didn't stay very long but it was so fun spending time with our Kaleb!
On a side note the next day because we had dropped Jacob off with Grandma the night before, we took grandma to work and Kaleb wanted her to take Jacob with her it was so funny!

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom

So this is a super cute video we took of Kaleb on Tim's phone so it is not the best quality. We just finished reading Chicka Chicka Boom Boom to Kaleb and he says boom boom so cute we just had to video him. I also love how he lays on the floor just like his daddy! We sure love our little man! Hope you enjoy the video!

Family Pics 2009

So we decided to do our family pictures before the arrival of baby boy number 2 since he was coming so close to December and I didn't really want to have to try and find something to wear a week after having him so when he gets here we are going to do some of him and Kaleb to put on our Christmas card. We had these done last month by our good friend Jessica. It was a definite adventure getting Kaleb to hold still and some what smile for the family picture he of course did fine posing with his dad and when it was just him. Jessica did an amazing job and still got some great ones of all 3 of us! Thanks again Jessica! It is a bit of a picture overload but I loved all of these so I had to post them! Enjoy!
This is one of the only good shots of Kaleb and I

Baby Update!

So I had a Dr's appointment today. Everything is looking great I am measuring about a week and half bigger than I should be so he might be a bigger baby but we won't really know until it is a little closer. Today she did schedule my induction for the 30th of this month, I will go in the night before for the softener that I have had to have with all of my pregnancies which helps me dilate and my cervix to move in to place then Monday morning they will start the pitocin! So only 24 DAYS left! We are very excited to meet this baby boy whose name will hopefully be agreed upon in the hospital!

Happy Halloween!

Halloween this year was lots of fun with Kaleb. He wasn't so happy with his Lion costume at first but after some struggling he would leave the hood part of it on. WE definitely got a lot of use out of it he wore it 4 different times since we did 3 trunk or treats and then went trick or treating on Halloween. This year Tim was able to get the night off so he could come with us so I decided we should all dress up so since we were using Milo's lion costume when he was about Kaleb's age, I decided Tim should be scarecrow and I would be Dorothy. It was fun having us all be dressed up. Kaleb loved walking to each door Saturday night we did carry him for some of it, but I think his favorite part was when they would let him pick a candy most the time he would try and go for a second or third piece. I didn't last as long as I thought I would my feet started to hurt so we did about 2 streets but Kaleb got plenty of treats. It was a very fun night and I am so glad Tim was able to be with us.
